Cooking Class Experience - $45/Person
Join a Class at 9 AM or 3 PM
Itinerary:
- Hotel Pickup: We'll pick you up at your hotel by car and take you to our cooking center. For guests staying in the Old Quarter, we provide direct hotel pickup. For locations outside the Old Quarter, please meet us at Ngọc Hà Market (số 48 Sơn Tây - View on map). Note: For locations outside of the Old Quarter, please allow an additional 20 minutes for travel time.
- Welcome Drink: Enjoy a welcome drink at our restaurant before heading to the traditional market. Our chef will recommend dishes to cook and provide guidelines on ingredients.
- Learn Vietnamese Basics: Learn essential Vietnamese phrases to communicate with local shopkeepers. How to bargain? How to greet someone? How to ask for prices?
- Market Tour: The tour guide and chef will take you to the traditional market to buy all the necessary ingredients.
- Preparation: Wash and prepare raw foods. The chef will demonstrate how to identify local ingredients and their flavors, and how to cook traditional Vietnamese dishes.
- Cooking and Dining: Cook the dishes and enjoy them with fellow participants, sharing experiences.
- Certificates: Receive a cooking certificate as a memento of your culinary journey in Vietnam.
- Hotel Drop-off: We will drop you off at your hotel after the class.
Menu:
This is a customized menu. Discuss with the chef to decide which dishes to cook. You can select 2 dishes, and the chef will recommend 1 additional dish.
Special Drink: Learn how to make a traditional Vietnamese drink, your choice of:
- Cà Phê Trứng: Local coffee with whipped egg yolks.
- Bia Trứng: Beer with whipped egg yolks.

- Bún Chả: Grilled pork belly with fish sauce, fresh noodles, and local herbs.
- Phở Bò Hà Nội: Hanoi-style rice noodle soup with beef.
- Phở Gà Hà Nội: Hanoi-style rice noodle soup with chicken.
- Nem Rán Hà Nội: Traditional spring rolls with minced pork.
- Phở Cuốn Hà Nội: Fresh noodle rolls with beef and local herbs.
